• Successfully lead a strong team of 4 developers, delivering complex, quality web applications (up to 250 hour productions) on-time and on budget for high-profile clients including pharmaceutical/ medical, retail and services. Projects were either bespoke (using our "NuBlueCMS" built in CakePHP), or used platforms (including ExpressionEngine, Magento, Interspire and Wordpress)
• Liaised with clients at length to gather information, produced project plans and delegated tasks to the team. I also produced quotes, wireframes and designs for prospective clients, which often won new business
• Designed and front-end developed many projects for a wide range of clients ( NHS, Nutricia, Jeremy Tankard ), always cross-browser and standards compliant, as the only design/front-ender in the team
